多点起爆下聚能装药金属药型罩碎裂行为
Fragmentation Behavior of Metal Liner by Multi-Point Initiation of Shaped Charge

摘要: 采用AUTODYN-3D数值模拟方法,研究了聚能装药在多点起爆方式下金属药型罩碎裂失效形成破片力学行为. 结果表明,多点起爆可使爆轰波在药型罩壁面相互叠加产生强应力集中带,并致使罩材沿应力集中带发生切割性失效,碎裂形成与起爆点数相等的规则杀伤破片. 进一步分析表明,起爆点数对破片成形有显著影响,增加起爆点数可提高破片飞散速度.Abstract: The fragmentation behavior of metal liner in multi-point initiation of shaped charge was presented by using AUTODYN-3D code simulations. The numerical results show that the same number of regular fragments as initiation points could be achieved by the multi-point initiation of shaped charges, where the detonation wave superposition and stress concentration on the surface of metal liner were produced, resulting in a cutting-like fragmentation of liner materials. Moreover, the further simulations show that the fragment formation behavior of shaped charges significantly depends on the number of initiation points. The increase of fragment average velocity could be achieved by increasing the number of initiation points.
