脉冲激光峰值功率快速可调方法研究

Method for Fast Transform of Pulsed Laser Peak Power

  • 摘要: 激光引信弹目交会过程时间短,激光回波功率变化迅速,如何真实模拟激光回波功率是一个难点. 为此,通过对弹目交会过程中激光回波功率变化规律的分析与研究,提出通过改变脉冲半导体激光器驱动信号脉宽与激光器驱动电路供电电压的方法实现回波激光功率的变化变换. 在硬件设计中通过FPGA控制高速数模转换器,实现半导体激光器驱动电路供电电压的亚毫秒级的快速转换. 结果表明,系统可以实现脉冲周期100 <i<μ</i<s内半导体激光器输出功率的快速、准确变化.

     

    Abstract: The variation law of echoed laser power in the process of fuze encounters the target was analyzed, and a method of simulating the rapid change of echoed laser power by changing the supply voltage and the pulse signal's width of pulse semiconductor laser was put forward. PFGA was used as the controller to command the high speed digital-analog converter, in order to realize fast switching of semiconductor laser drive circuit's supply voltage in submillisecond level. Experiment results show that the laser power can be adjusted rapidly and accurately within 100 <i<μ</i<s.
