Abstract:
Based on intrinsic motivation theory and broaden-and-build theory, this paper constructs a moderated mediation effect model to explore the effect of family-work enrichment on employees' innovative behavior and its mechanism. The data were analyzed by SPSS 22.0 and Mplus 7.4 software based on a questionnaire survey of 78 executives and 303 subordinates from several enterprises in North China, such as Beijing,Tianjin and Shanxi. Some of the results are consistent with previous studies:family-work enrichment has a significant positive effect on employee's psychological capital, employee's psychological capital plays a mediating role between family-work enrichment and employee's innovative behavior; At the same time, this study also confirmed that this mediated was moderated by supervisor support. That is,compare to relative lower supervisor support, the indirect effect of family-work enrichment on employees' innovative behavior via employee's psychological capital was significant stronger when supervisor support was higher.
