Abstract:
This paper takes the driving factors and strategy matching optimization of the "Civil-involved Military" knowledge transfer performance from the perspective of military-civilian integration as the research object. Using literature analysis method to determine the relevant driving factors and strategy combinations of the knowledge transfer process of "Civil-involved Military". Constructing a conceptual model of the relationship between factors related to the knowledge transfer process of the "Civil-involved Military". At the same time,this paper uses Network Analytic Hierarchy Process(ANP) to empirically analyze the interaction between driving factors,strategy combinations and knowledge transfer performance,and obtain quantitative interactions between them. In the end,the article adopts the qualitative simulation algorithm based on QSIM theory improvement. Taking the electronic information industry as an example,the dynamic evolution simulation of the knowledge transfer process of "Civil-involved Military" is carried out. The knowledge transfer performance reaches the relative high point for the initial state of different stages. The optimal combination of strategies and the related management implications that can promote the growth of knowledge transfer performance.
